Our house is designated non-smoking, but we have no objection to guests smoking on our outdoor decks.

Cancellations - 30 Days Notice
*If you cancel with less than 30 days notice you will be required to pay the   full amount of the booking unless we are able to re-book the rooms.
*$25 administation fee on all other cancellations
*Sorry but we are unable to accept pets
* Please inquire about children
